Strawberry smoothie bowl
Day 3 from the 30 days vegan plant based challenge with Cozinha Alternativa ♥ Today I bring a very special and delicious option for breakfast. Ready in: 15 minutes
Portion: 1 bowl
2 cups homemade oat milk (or other vegetable milk that you like)
5 frozen strawberries
2 frozen ripe bananas
Coconut chips and chia seed for the topping
Fruits to decorate! Use whatever you have at home.
Modo de Preparo
- To make the oat milk add in a blender 1 cup oat flakes and 750ml hot water. Mix it for a few minutes until smooth. Drain and put it in a bottle. You can keep it in the refrigerator for 3 days – maximum. If you think it got too thick, just add more water and mix it again until you get the consistency you prefer
- Add the oat milk and frozen fruits in a blender. Mix everything until very creamy
- Add the smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the fruits of your choice and some seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower …)
