Plant Based Breakfast



Welcome again to 4th day of the 30 days plant based challenge with Cozinha Alternativa ♥ Today I bring a simple and straightforward plant based breakfast. If you want to know more about the challenge, Just follow me on Instagram !

Ready in: 5 minutes

Portion: 1 avocado toast and fruits



1 whole grain toast slice

1 avocado

3 cherry tomatoes

Juice of one lime

Red fruits tea + apple and strawberries





  • To make the avocado cream just mash it and add half the lemon juice with 2 pinches of salt. Stir well until creamy and ready to go!


  • Add avocado cream on top of bread (which can be natural or toasted) and place the sliced cherry tomatoes on top


  • Wash the fruits


  • If you make tea, just use the other half of the lemon to taste even more, or make water with lemon, or save the lemon in the refrigerator and use in another recipe ♥
